Yoga for Balance and VitalitySit up straight in a chair or cross-legged on the floor. Bring your arms up so elbows are even with your shoulders. Bend elbows creating a 90 degree angle in your arms with palms facing forward. Twist left, inhaling through your nose. Then twist right and exhale through the nose. Complete 26 twists. Sit up straight, take a few deep breaths, and relax.
